Ten square
kilometres of
AI compute.

Terafab is a single fabrication campus sized for the demand curve that existing fabs were never drawn for. Not a retrofit, not a phase-two expansion. One site, 10.25 km², built for terawatt-class compute.

Why a terawatt fab

Compute demand outgrew the fabs built for the last era.

Frontier training and inference now draw power and silicon at a scale the previous generation of fabs was never sized for. Every extra wafer today comes from squeezing lines designed for a different decade.

Terafab starts from the demand curve instead of the building. One campus, planned at full size on day one, with power and water corridors laid in before the first cleanroom shell goes up.
